What We Collect

When you use FundGap, we collect the information you provide in the eligibility questionnaire — including your business details (name, province, industry, revenue, employee count) or personal profile (age, income range, family situation). We also collect your email address to deliver your reports and application packages.

How We Use It

Your information is used solely to match you with eligible programs and generate your application documents. We send your profile data to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate personalized content. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card number, expiration date, or CVC. Stripe handles all payment data in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. We receive only a confirmation that payment was successful, along with the amount and your email address for receipt delivery.

Data Storage

Your questionnaire responses are processed in real-time to generate your documents and are not permanently stored on our servers. Generated documents are delivered to you immediately and are not retained after your session ends. Your email address is retained for customer support and transactional communications only.

Cookies

FundGap uses minimal cookies required for the site to function (session management). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics that identify individual users.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of any data we hold about you by emailing support@fundgap.fund. Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and Quebec privacy law (Law 25), you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information.
